Schwabe Scarlatinum 30 CH Dilutions :

Head : Severe headache in supra orbital region when standing. Dizziness, fullness, and pressure in vertex always. Heaviness and distress in head, as after eating too much of food. Intolerable pain and fullness in whole head, followed by bleeding from nose, leads to congestion of conjunctiva with puffiness. Darting pain at end of facial nerve. Headache above eyebrows while walking. Severe headache through temples, extending to vertex and occiput. Severe lancinating pain in vertex, forehead, and temples.
Eyes : Cutting pains in eyes. Cannot able to move them. Pulsating stitches in right side of eyebrow. Soreness of eyeballs. On closing eyes visions of objects will be dim.
Ears : Ringing in ears and sudden loss of hearing. Deafness before and after menses, improving during the flow. Eczema behind right side of ear.
Nose : Dry coryza from nose.
Mouth : Teeth feel loosen. Gums bleed all the time. Increased saliva, then mouth will be dry. Accumulation of sweetish water in several parts of tongue, sticking taste just above pit of throat, lasting for an hour, with sensation as if a soft substance were lodged there. Bitter taste in mouth.
Throat : Thick, offensive mucus in throat, at morning. Different taste in throat, with great weakness and stiffness in hollows of knees. Irritation of oesophagus.
Stomach : Appetite increased at first; later nausea with weakness and oppression at epigastrium. Feeling as if missed regular meal
Abdomen : Pain in right upper part of abdomen, aggravated by deep inspiration or lying right side. Cutting pain in liver on pressure. Twisting and pinching pain in umbilical region. Colic pain just below umblicus and some griping in the side in afternoon. Griping below navel especially at 7 a.m.
Stool and Anus : Several stools daily with abdominal pain. Protruding piles which bleed and pain
Urinary Organs : Pinching and tearing pain in ureter, extending from anterior superior spine of ilium down to pubis. Increased secretion of urine with burning in urethra. Frequent emission of urine in afternoon.
Respiratory Organs : On turning on either side, violent pain. Difficult to breathing
Chest : Pain in right lung, on taking a deep inspiration, cough without expectoration. Cutting pain in upper left lung
Limbs : Drawing rheumatic pain in arms and legs. Tingling pain in extremities.
Skin : Burning all over the skin when rubbed. Itching all over the body. Aggravated in back of hand, inside wrists and between fingers. Vesicles on inside of lip.
Sleep : Strong disposition to sleep in morning. Irresistible before and after a meal, with prolonged afternoon sleep.
Fever : Chilliness on moving about in cool air especially after rising in morning with passing off with profuse sweat, which was followed by stupor and absence of all the symptoms. Whole body will be very dry and hot, with burning sensation, followed by profuse sweat.
